This App allows you to track your progress while doing the 21 Day Fitness programs available. This is a handy electronic tracking log for personal accountability. This App keeps a tally of your daily requirements to include exercises during your fitness program. 

App keeps a History of each cycle with Before and After stats for comparison. See your progress throughout the program. You can even email, text and post your progress with your family, friends or challenge group for additional accountability.
